Experimental Methods in the Determination of Molecular Weight Distribution of Poly (ethylene terephthalate) by Size Exclusion Chromatography

摘要


本文探討以分子篩層析儀測定聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯分子量分布,分析條件的選擇對分析系統及分析結果的影響。實驗結果顯示以下列條件分析,在實驗誤差、溶劑用量及分析時間上較爲理想。分離管柱組合:μ-styragel 10^6 A°, 10^5 A° , 10^4 A°, 10^3 A°溶劑:間甲酚-氯仿(1:3V/V)溶劑流速:1毫升/分鐘樣品濃度:0.3%記錄紙速:1公分/分鐘注射量:200 μl 檢示敏感度:8X 溫度:28°C

The molecular weight distribution of poly (ethylene terephthalate) is determined by size exclusion chromato-graphy. The results obtained depend largely on the analy- tical method chosen. Based on the calculation error solvent selection time consumed as well as the resolution of the chromatogram, suitable experimental conditions are suggested for rountine analyses Columns: μ-styragel 10^6, 10^5, 10^4 10^3 A° Eluent: m-cresol-chloroform (1:3 v/v) Sample concentration 0.3% Injection volumn: 200Ll Flow rate lml/min Sensitivity 8x Temperature: 28 °C
