摘要
利用派勒克斯玻璃及單心銅線做成延長之送樣器，使用插入電子束撞擊法(In-beam EI)及介體單離的技術(matrix isolation)可成功地觀測到核苷類化合物之分子離子及類分子離子，其強度在4~43%之間，這些質譜的品質與斷裂型式與其他緩和游離法類似，但本法簡便而無需添加配件，不失爲測定對熱不穩定化合物質譜之良好方法。

An extremely simple and effective modification has been developed using a Joel MSD-300 mass spectrometer. By using in-beam EI method together with matrix isolation technique, molecular ions and quasi molecular ions of several nucleosides were obtained in 4-43 percent relative abundances. The qualities and fragmentation patterns of these mass spectra are comparable to those obtained by other soft ionization methods.
