聚苯乙烯類樹脂製備陰離子交換膜之研究

摘要


以溶液鑄膜方法,探討不同氨甲基苯乙烯含量的氦甲基苯乙烯-苯乙烯共聚合物與各種二胺化合物反應,於不同硬化溫度,不同濃度,不同Cl/M當量比之下,所製成的陰離子交換膜,並檢測薄膜的含水率、交换容量、濃差電位、選擇透過性以及電氣阻抗等性能;另外若以5%的三甲基胺水溶液再處理陰離子交換膜時,高含量的CMS共聚合物所製之陰膜較有功效,其他則無顯著的改進。

Anionic-exchange membranes were prepared and casted from the solution of diamines and poly (chloromethylstyrene-styrene) copolymers under various temperatures, concentrations and Cl/N equivalent ratios. The membrane properties such as water content, exchange capacity, concentration potential, permselectivity and electrical resistivity were measured. With treatment of 5% aqueous trimethylamine solution, the anionic-exchange membranes with high CMS contents showed property improvement, while those with low CMS bontents were unchanged.
