擔體金屬觸媒之備製

摘要


本文概述擔體金屬觸媒之候製方法,著重於理想觸媒之“設計”,以含浸法或離子交換法製備觸媒時,需考慮的主要因素是:氧化物擔體的isoelectric point,含浸溶液的pH值,及金屬源種化合物的本生。近年來隨著有機金屬學的發展,有機金屬或金屬羰化物因著特有的結構性質而被利用來做為製備擔體金屬觸媒之金屬源種,不僅是供了想理“精心設計觸媒”的活性性表面,更的助於對觸媒反應機構的研究與了解,其製備法一併討論之。

This report is an attempt to present a recapitulative commentary on the problems of the preparation of a well-defined supported metal catalyst. The emphasis is directed towards catalyst design rather than the individual preparation method. If the impregnation or the ion-exchange method is used, the three most important parameters should be concerned: isolectirc point of the oxide, pH of the impregnating solution, and the nature of the metal precursor compound. Recently, progress in the field of organometallic chemistry provided various useful pre.cursor compounds for catalyst preparations. The high nuclearity metal clusters may provide a promising and scientific way to prepare well-defined active surfaces with excellect catalytic properties, and to elucidate reaction mechanisms, including the dynamic changes of active sites. Catalyst preparation from the interaction of organometallics or metal carbonyls with surface hydroxyl groups of the supports was discussed.
