以無焰原子吸收光譜儀測定乾酪,乳酪及乳油樣品中微量鉛及鎘之方法研究

摘要


由於乳製品基質的複雜性及其中重金屬含量極低的特性,導致分析方法上相當程度的困難。本研究從乳製品的消化方法著手,比較各種可行的消化步,並進而探討乳製品基質在無焰原子吸收光譜儀(GFAAS)測定時可能造成的干擾效應,及儀器對鉛及鎘設定的最適條件。結果顯示以硝酸為消化液在高壓下分解對各種乳製品均有良好的消化效果;消化後樣品溶液利用標準添加法配合儀器的D_2背景校正系統,可對鉛及鎘的測定得到相當可靠的效果。本研究以所建立的分析方法實際應用於多種乳酪、乾酪及乳油等樣品中鉛及鎘的測定,所得的結果並與文獻資料做比較。

There exists analytical difficulty for the determination of heavy metals such as lead and cadmium in dairy samples due mainly to the complexity of sample matrix as well as the extreme low levels of elements to be determined. In the present study methods of sample digestion process, interference effects which caused by the sample matrix, and optimal instrumental parameters of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer (GFAAS), for the determination of lead and cadmium in the digested sample solution were investigated. From the results it indicated that pressure digestion process is effective for complete decomposition of sample matrix, and that reasonably reliable results can be obtained by the use of standard addition and D2 background correction techniques in the instrumental determination step. The established method was applied to the determination of lead and cadmium in various commerical products of cheese, butter and cream, and the results were compared with the reported results.
