廢紙前處理及醱酵研究

The Fermentation of Cellulose in Dilute Acid Pretreated Paper

摘要


經比較硝酸、鹽酸、硫酸與氫氧化鉀中,稀硫酸是最適於用來前處理回收紙張,以利紙張纖維之進一步醱酵。含晶質纖維素及經前處理的紙張的合成培養基,可有效的爲有絲眞菌Trichoderma reesei用作碳源以供生長。醱酵液中醣類是以紫外光偵測之高效液相層析儀分析,葡萄醣之產量約爲0.08g葡萄醣/g紙張,並測知有纖維雙醣之累積。

HNO_3, HCl, H_2SO_4, and KOH have been used for pretreating the recycled paper in order to lest their digestion abilities. Dilute sulfuric acid is most suitable for developing a recycled paper pretreatment process and advantages the fermentation of cellulose in paper. The synthetic growth medium with crystalline cellulose as the carbon source can grow the filamentous fungus, Trichoderma reesei, effectively. The medium is also utilized to ferment the pretreated paper and crystalline cellulose. Carbohydrates in fermentation broth are analyzed by the UV-detection HPLC. The yield of glucose is about 0.08 g glucosc/g paper and the detection limit for glucose is 100ppm. cellobiose is also found in the fermentation broth.
