Ni-Ti alloy electrodepositions containing titanium were ohtained from sulfamate baths containing of nickel sulfarnate, sulfamic acid and potassium titanyl oxalate. Three electrochemical parameters (bath composition. hath temperature and current density) were used to study the variation of the content of titanium in the alloy deposits.
