Inconel 718在H_2SO_4 HNO_3, HCl, NaCl, NaNO_3中均可被蝕刻,以金屬表面之平滑性及尺寸之精確性而言,H_2SO_4最適於金屬表面之成型加工。在active-passive region中,Inconel 718之陽極極化現象可採用適當之反應機構加以描述,與實驗結果相當符合。同時也發現當H^+離子濃度增加時,active region有明顯增加之趨勢。
lnconel 718 can be etched with electrolyte s such as H_2SO_4, HNO_3, HCl, NaCl or NaNO_(3-), However H_2SO_4 is most suitable for machining of metal in terms of precision and smoothness. In this paper we develop a reaction mechanism for the anodic polarization of Inconel 718 in active-passive region. Our experiment al results agree well with the proposed model.
