對-胺基苯-β-羥乙基碸之合成及其應用性研究

Study of Synthesis and Application of P-AminophenyI-β- Hydroxyethyl Sulfone

摘要


以乙醯苯胺(Acetamlide)為原料,合成對-胺基苯-β-羥乙基碸(P-Aminophenyl-β-hydro-xyethyl sulfone)化合物;合成之化合物,經紅外線(IR)、核磁共振(^1H-NMR)、質量分析(MS)等光譜確定其結構,並將其應用在染料合成上。對-胺基苯-β-羥乙基碸,經重氮化反應(Diazotization)得重氮成份(Diazonium component),而與N-烷基吡酮衍生物(N-Alkyl-Pyridone Derivates)起偶合反應(coupling reaction),得到一系列新的偶氮吡酮反應性染料(azo pyridine reactive dyes),此類染料的色相(Hue)為綠黃色。染料對棉布染色性研究,結果顯示,合成之染料,在鹼性浴中染棉布,不僅顏色鮮明,且對棉纖維有高的染著率;又由於染料與棉纖維產生強固的共價鍵結合,所以亦具有不錯的水洗、磨擦及日光堅牢度(Fastness)。

The structure of the products were confirmed by IR and ^1H-NMR, UV, MASS spectra, P- Aminophenyl-β-hydroxyethyi sulfone were diazotiation to give diazo components and were coupled to N-alkyl-pyridone derivates gave some niw monoazo pyridone reative dyes. The dyes were applied to cotton fiber as reactive dyes and their dyeing, fastness properties were studied.
