摘要


聚(2-乙烯基-吡啶)可用γ-甲基丙烯醯氧丙基三甲氧矽烷做偶合劑化學鍵結於10 μm矽膠上,用5g之γ-甲基丙烯醯氧丙基烷鍵結矽膠與5 ml之2-乙烯基吡啶在0.1g之benzoyl peroxide做起始劑下反應,可得一高覆蓋6.1 μmol/m^2吡啶基化學聚合矽膠表面上,此規略產品在正相及逆相層析下分離多環芳香化合物均有良好的效果,特別是在正相條件下,烷基苯系列化合物可視為一組型波峰在多芳香物系列中分離出。

A method for the preparation of poly(2-vinylpyridine) chemically bonded 10 μrn silica using γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane as coupling agent is discussed. The title polymer product was given to have 6.1 μmol/m^2 capacity of pyridine ligands on silica under the reaction of 5 gγ-methacryloxypropylsilyl bonded silica and 5 ml 2-vinylpyridine with 0.1 g benzoyl peroxide as initiator. Liquid chromatography of this packing material was examined to have better performance for the separation of polyaromatics either in reversed phase liquid chromatography or in normal phase liquid chromatography. Especially alkylbenzenes as a group peak can be separated from the polyaromatics under given normal phase conditions.
