Recent Progress in Asymmetric Synthesis by Using Carbohydrates as Chiral Auxiliaries

摘要


本文將回顧過去有關利用糖類衍生物為掌性輔助基於不對稱合成領域之研究,主要是討論碳-碳鍵形成之不對稱反應,涵蓋的範圍包括(1)不對稱[4+2]環合加成反應,用以合成具高光學純度的六元環(包括含氧、硫、氮之雜環)化合物;(2)不對稱[2+2]環合加成反應,用以合成具高光學純度的四元環和β-內醯胺;(3)不對稱親核性取代反應,以及(4)不對稱親核性取代反應,包含1,2及1,4-加成反應;(5)其它類型反應。

This review is dealt with the progress in asymmetric synthesis using carbohydrates as chiral auxiliaries, and focused on the asymmetric reactions related to the carbon-carbon bond formation. The material in this review covers (1) asymmetric [4+2] cycloaddition reactions, which are useful in the construction of the optically pure 6-membered carbocyclic or heterocyclic compounds, (2) asymmetric [2+2] cycloaddition reactions, which are useful in the synthesis of the four-membered carbocyclic compounds or 13-lactams, (3) asymmetric nucleophilic substitution reactions, (4) asymmetric nucleophilic addition reactions, for example, 1,2 and 1,4-additions, and (5) micellaneous reactions.
