摘要
濫用藥物乃針對管制藥物而言，本文將介紹管制藥物之分類及其分析，特別是目前鑑識學家常用之氣相層析質譜術(GC/MS)，探討其質譜的斷層機構以及藥物在微量樣品中定性及定量。

Drugs of abuse are generally referred to controlled drugs. In this review, the classification and analysis of these drugs are introduced first. Strong emphasis is given to the gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, a hyphenated technique used frequently by the forensic scientists. The underlining frag-mentation pattern, the degree of difficulty, and the advantages of using mass spectrometer for the analysis of these drugs are then discussed in detail to provide future research route.
