腫瘤造影放射藥物化學

摘要


本篇報導利用單光子電腦斷層掃描(Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography, SPECT所使用的各種不同化學結構之腫瘤造影用放射藥物對腫瘤之敏感性(sensitivity)、專一性(specificity)與攝取之特性。放射性免疫對腫瘤造影之放射藥物分別以單株抗體本身,核種與耦合劑之選擇及其耦合方法等作深入敘述,用正子放射電腦斷層掃描(Positron Emission Tomography, PET)研究正常與不正常組織在體內之生理與生化反應及腫瘤新陳代謝或腫瘤發生與治療之機制也在本篇一一介紹。

The topic briefly introduces various chemical compounds for SPECT (Single photon Emission Computed Tomography) and radioimmuniscintigraphy. The chemical structure of the compounds corresponding to tumor uptake, sensitivity, and sppecificity are also described. For radioimmunoscintigraphy, the monoclonal antibodies, radionuclides and the coupling compounds and coupling methods are illustrated separately. The physiological and biochemical reactons of tumor and normal tissue studied by PET (Positron Emission Tomography) are also discussed.
