中子活化分析配合高效益層析法之汞物種分析

摘要


本研究是以中子活化分析配合高效益液相層析的分析方法對水溶泊中低濃度的有機與無機汞作汞物種的定性定量分析,首先利用高效益減相層析儀進行水溶液中汞物種的分離及前濃縮步驟,將分離濃縮的合汞溶液試樣以中子活化分析測定汞的含量,在中子通率2 X 10^(12)n/cmz, sec照射4小時及冷卻24小時條件下,其偵測低限值以^(197)Hg或^(197m)Hg為4ng,而分離及濃縮之回收率可達94%以上,故本分析方法可利用作水溶被中低濃度的汞物種之分析工作。

Neutron activation analysis coupled with high performance liquid chromatography has been used to determinate the inorganic and organic mercury in aqueous solution. Inorganic mercury, methylmercury, ethylmercury and phenylmercury in liquid sample were separated and preconcentrated in small volume. The chromatographic eluents were collected in vials for neutron activation. The recovery yield for HPLC separation was found up 94% and the lower detection limit of this method is 4 ng at neutron flux of 2 X 10^(12) n/cm^2 sec and 4 hr irradiation.
