摘要


本文為利用五種試劑, 即2, 4-二硝基苯肼(2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine)、苯耕( phenylhy-drazine) 、半卡肼(semicarbazide) 、Girard's reagent P或Girard's reagent T 試劑與酮或醛等化學鏈結成腙(hydrazone)或半卡腙(semicarbazone)衍生物,在一自製具推電特性之魚藤素固定相上做電荷轉移液態層析分散研究。其中2,4- 二硝基苯肼可被選為一有效試劑,其腙衍生物在魚藤素固定相上可形成較佳之選擇特性及滯留空間,該結果之優缺點將與現行商用之PR-18逆相液態層析所得之結果做比較,並將以實際樣品做定性定量評估。

The reagents, such as 2,4- dinitropbenylhydrazine, phenylhydrazine, semicarbazide. Girard's reagent P, or Girard's reagent T, were chemically bonded with ketone or aldehyde compounds to produce the corresponding hydrazone or semicarbazone derivatives. Those derivatives were applied on charge transfer liquid chromatography. A prepared electron rich stationary phase 'rotenone phase' will be used as HPLC packing material. The results showed that 2, 4-dinitrophenyihydrazone derivatives were preferentially retained and highly separated on rotenone phase. The advantage and disadvantage of the results of charge transfer liquid chromatography on rotenone phase will be compared with those of reversed phase liquid chromatography on RP-18. Qualitative or quantitative analysis for several samples will be evaluated.
