摘要


將2-羥基薁-1-羧酸乙酯(7)在甲醇或乙醇等醇類溶劑中,進行電化學氧化反應,則得經由陽極偶合而插入亞加甲基或亞乙基的產物: bis(3-ethoxycarbony-Z-hydroxy-1-azulenyl)methane (8a) 或bis(3-ethoxycarbony-2-hydroxy-1-azulenyl)ethane (8b)以及電解偶合產物:3,3'-diethoxycarbony-2,2'-dihydroxy-1,1'-biazulenyl (9);在非醇類溶劑之陽極氧化反應中,僅得到電解偶合產物:化合物(9)。本研究同時探討上述之反應機構。

The electrochemical oxidation of ethyl 2-hydrcoxyazulene-1-carboxylate (7) was investigated in a series of different conditions, In the presence of alcoholic solvents such as methanol or ethanol, it was electrolyzed to produce bis(3-ethoxycarbony-Z-hydroxy-1-azulenyl)methane (8a), or bis(3-ethoxycarbony-2-hydroxy-1-azulenyl)ethane (8b), respectively, with the C-insertion of methylene or ethylidene groups and 3.3'-diethoxycarbony-2,2'-dihydroxy-1,1'-biazulenyl (9) via the electrolytic oxidative coupling. But 3,3'-diethoxycarbony-2,2'-dihydroxy-1,1'-biazulenyl (9) was only formed through anodic oxidation without the C-insertion in the non-alcoholic solvents. The possible mechanisms were proposed.
