應用新法判定對掌分子組態的右旋和左旋

摘要


應用簡易法,±1.2.5法及連乘法等三種新法,來判定立體旋光組態的右旋與左旋;必要的條件,應先將對掌碳的立體結構,轉換成立體中心含各有兩個水平鍵和垂直鍵的平面結構。在本文中列舉具有不對稱碳的單環與雙環化合物及不含對掌碳的立體化合物等數例,說明其結構改換和應用新法判定對掌分子組態,是有密切關連性。尤其尚有立體特異性反應,作者提出能快速立即寫出該生物之平面結構的方法,由此可完全取代了傳統中加成法的立體投影;其過程和步驟,簡易又明瞭,頗為實用,值得推廣。

It is necessary to convert the three-dimensional structure into the two-dimensional figure of the chiral center, before the determination of rectus(R) and sinister(S) to the optical configuration using three new methods. which include simple method , ± 1. 2. 5 rule and rule of multiplication. In this paper. we illustrate how to convert the stereo structure into the plane figure for various chiral molecules. such as monocyclic, bicyclic stereo compounds and other compounds which have optical activities without stereocenter. There is an intimate relationship between the procedure of these structural changes and the determination of R or S configuration using new method. Moreover. I suggest the direct plane addition rule that the two-dimensional structure of product can be written rapidly on the stereospecific reaction.
