毛細管電泳具備分離效率高、分析時間短、需要樣品體積少、多種模式能改變選擇性有廣泛應用範園、分離在水相介質中進行及儀器自動化等優點,尤其適用於離子性、高極性及對掌性化合物的分析,是新進迅速發展的一種分析工具。本文簡介其主要分離原理、操作糢式及毛細管區帶電泳、膠束電動層析在中藥藥材、藥對、製劑分析上的應用。
Capillary electrophoresis is a widely applied technique in the separation science on account of its high efficiency, short analysis time, small sample volume required, numerous modes to vary selectivity and wide application range, operation in aqueous media, automated instrumentation and especially the suitability to separate ionic, high-polar and chiral compounds. In this article, a brief introduction about the principles, modes of operation and applications of capillary zone electrophoresis and micellar electrokinetic chromatography on the analysis of Chinese herb drugs, herb couples and herb preparations are described.
