UV-vis and Stopped Flow Studies on Methyl Orange/Cyclodextrin Systems

摘要


用紫外光譜法研究了甲基體(MO)與α-,β-CD 包結體系, 並用停留反應動力學方法(stopped flow) 研究了α-CD-MO 包結體系的動力學。α-CD 與MO的反應為準一級,α-CD 溫度與所測得的速率k_(obs)之間存在線性關係,由此計算了體系的正、逆反應速率,並得到體系在室溫下、pH 1.4 時的結合常數。

Inclusion complexes of α-, β-CD with methyl orange (MO) have been investigated by Uv-visible spectroscopy, and inclusion reactions of α-CD with MO have also been studied in aqueous solutions by means of stopped-flow method. The inclusion process of α-CD with MO follows one-step reaction mechanism, and fits pseudo-first-order reaction model. There is a linelar relationship between α-CD concentration and the observed rate data (k_(obs)), and thus the forward and backward rate constants are determined.
