摘要


4'-N, N-二甲氧基黃酮-3-甲基丙烯酸酯(DMAFMA)是量子產率很高的獎光探針試劑。其分子內電荷轉移(lCT)熒光在水中由於不發光的扭曲的分子內電荷轉移態(TICT)的形成幾乎完全猝滅。但在β-CD存在下,通過超分子配合作用ICT獎光顯著增強,並且激發和發射波長發生藍移。擁有疏水微環境的β-CD不僅阻礙非輻射的TICT態的形成,而且有效地保護激發的ICT態。通過檢測ICT發光的變化測定了超分子相互作用的配合常數K_(cpI)、焓變和熵變。

4'-N, N-Dimethylaminoflavone-3-methacrylate is a new fluorescence probe with intramolecular charge transfer (lCT) behavior. Its ICT fluorescence is almost completely quenched in aqueous solu- tions because of the formation of nonradiative twisted ICT (TICT) states and is largely enhanced with the blue-shift of excitation and emission maxima by supramolecular interaction with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD). The β-CD cavity exhibiting hydrophobicity and lower polarity than water protects the excited ICT state and hinders the formation of nonradiative TICT state. The formation constant of complex and Δ H^0 and Δ S^0 of complexation were determined by monitoring ICT emission.
