分析樣品前處理技術-微波萃取法

Analytical Sample Pretreatment Techniques - Microwave Assisted Extraction (MAE)

摘要


現代儀器發展日新月異,所需樣品須經適當之前處理後,大部分樣品為液態,適合儀器分析,本文之目的在探討固體樣品中,有機成分之前處理技術。現代儀器不但分析時間短且自動化,使得前處理之工作日益重要,成為整體分析的關鏈。為了快速處理固體樣品及無損於有機成分,特別介紹微波萃取(Microwave Extraction),固態樣品所需時間甚短且溶劑又少,可以減少許多人力及時間,加速樣品處 理。本文先對現有的萃取技術簡略介紹後,討論微波萃取之基本原理,最後以微波萃取在環境污染物、農產品及高分子塑膠方面之應用作一概略性討論。

With modern analysis's emphasis on efficiency and speed in instrumental analytical laboratory, any procedure that will improve productivity and quality of solvent extraction is an important one. Since 1985, application of microwave heating for the extraction of organic compound from the different kinds of solid sample matrices, for example: soil, sediment, fish tissue and fly ash, have been in use. This review introduces the microwave assisted extraction (MAE) and provides perspectives for application.
