鹽度效應對營養鹽測定之影響

Salinity/Ionic Effect on Nutrients Analysis in Natural Waters

摘要


本研究主要是想了解在河口鹽度急遽變化的環境下,營養鹽測定是否會受到鹽度(離子效應)的干擾,以及如何修正與避免之方法。研究結果顧示,除矽酸鹽稍受影響外各營養鹽(硝酸鹽或亞硝酸鹽,銨鹽與磷酸鹽)測定使用之光化學反應吸收光譜並不受鹽度之不同而改變。而鹽度對於矽酸鹽,硝酸鹽與銨鹽之莫爾消光係數(molar extinction coefficient)卻有影響。因此如未使用恰當之鹽度修正方法,水中溶解之營養鹽濃度極易錯估。

Presented works aim to examine the salinity (ionic strength) effect on the determination of nutrients in natural waters. Results indicated that only the colorimetric spectrum used for silicate analysis will slightly shift under various ionic strength. However, the molar extinction coefficients for most nutrient element showed significant reduction under higher ionic strength. As shown in this study, correction for salinity/ionic strength effect is needed for nutrients analysis in natural waters.
