摘要


在本文中,闡述有關含矽化合物其單電子轉移光化學的機構,以及這些反應在有機合成上的應用潛力。用含矽的氨類化合物為起始物,經由照光、單電子轉移後所得到的穩定中間物azomethine ylide,可進一步結合許多一般化的反應,如異原子環化加成反應、分子內的環化反應。最後對於含矽化合物的單電子轉移光化學,在立體化學的選擇上也能夠提供高效率的endo產物,更有助於合成天然物中的不對稱中心的結構。

In this article, the mechanism of SET photochemistry from silicon-containing compounds was described and the synthetic potential of these investigations was discussed. The azomethine ylides initiated by SET photoreaction from silicon-containing imides to excited states are stable and serve as key intermediates of common reactions such as cycloadditon and intramolecular cyclization. The achievement combining with the potential of stereochemistry from SET photochemistry have led to the development of better strategies toward organic targets.
