Photodynamic Therapy of cancer (PDT)

摘要


在本文中描述了癌症的光力治療法原理,並討論各種感光劑(sensitizer)的優缺點,例如photofrin、正離子染劑、DCLs、和含異原子的DCLs,而各種感光劑吸收光的波長和光量產率(quantum yields),以及對癌細胞的抑制效果都被提及。其中含重原子Se的thiopyrylium dye AA1衍生物,吸收光波長為634nm,光量產率為0.064 [Φ(^1O_2)=0.064],有抑制老鼠乳腺癌的效果,也克服了photofrin會造成慢性皮膚病的缺點。雖然目前未能有一個理想的感光劑,但是這類方法仍是一個經濟安全的治療法。

In this article, the photodynamic therapy of cancer and series of sensitizers, for example photofrin, cation dyes, DCLs, and DCLs containing heteroatom, was described. The absorption and quantum yield is thought to be important properties when cytotoxic species is produced by irradiation of these sensitizers. Selenopyrylium derivated from thiopyrylium dye AA1 have absorption of 600nm, appropriate quantum yield [Φ(^1O_2)=0,064] and furthermore inhibit R3230AC rat mammary adenocarcinomas with no long-term skin photosensitization. But, selenopyrylium is not an optimal sensitizer.
