The purpose of this study is to set up a tele-education learning environment of chemical equilibrium which is based on the multiple intelligences (MI) theory applied to the internet. We try to find out the best suitable design style web title for the students. Students of this experiment are divided into two groups of learning environments, i.e. the Multiple Intelligences learning web title and general learning web title. The student’s cognitive style and Multiple Intelligences are identified by the questionnaires. The ACS test and SPSS are needed as a research tool, to analyses the data obtained respectively. After analyzed the all factors, we find out the MI web-based learning has the very positive effect on overall students. Especially field- independence students, and who just have the Naturalist or who have one more intelligences simultaneously show better achievements in the MI learning environment.
