Synthesis and Properties of Organic Conjugated Polymer/Mesoporous Silica Composites

摘要


在規則的二氧化矽中孔洞材料中填充共軛高分子,能大幅改善中孔洞材料的機械、熱和化學穩定性,並在光學和電子元件的設計與應用上具有相當高的潛力。本文中筆者將概述近十年間有關有機共軛高分子/中孔洞二氧化矽複合材料的合成並將主要的製備方式分為三種類型:(一)使可溶性共軛高分子滲透進入中孔洞二氧化矽中。(二)可聚合之單體在二氧化矽中孔洞材料中聚合。(三)排列規則的界面活性劑在二氧化矽中孔洞材料中聚合。此外本文中也將一併介紹有機共軛高分子/中孔洞二氧化矽複合材料的光電性質、熱穩定性與可加工性。

The encapsulation of organic conjugated polymers in ordered mesoporous silica has the advantages of improving the mechanical, thermal, and chemical stabilities and its application in optoelectronic devices is promising. This review illustrates the synthesis of organic conjugated polymer/mesoporous silica composites in the last decade. The preparation of such composites is categorized into three types: (1) encapsulation of synthesized polymer by infiltration; (2) polymerization in ordered mesoporous silica to form conjugate polymer; (3) polymerization of unidirectionaly aligned surfactants in ordered mesoporous silica. The optoelectronic properties, thermal stabilities, and fabrication of these composites are also discussed.
