Development of Ruthenium Carbene Complexes for Catalytic Metathesis Reactions
摘要
在過去十年間，烯置換反應已成為化學家在形成碳–碳鍵最有效、不可或缺的工具。而這成功的背後都仰賴烯置換反應催化劑的發展。本篇即扼要報導Grubbs 以釕金屬亞甲烷為核心，作為烯置換反應催化劑的發展。近年來新出現的催化劑亦簡單作分類及介紹。

Olefin metathesis has become a powerful, indispensable tool for chemists to construct carbon-carbon bond in the past decade. The successful development of catalysts for the metathesis reaction is the key to this progress. In this review, the development of ruthenium based carbene complexes, Grubbs catalysts, is reported. Recent progress and variations on the ruthenium complexes are also classified and briefly described.
