摘要


無機材料種類繁多且各具有不同的物理化學性質,已被應用於不同的研究領域中,而這幾年來無機材料的應用範圍已擴展至輔助質譜方法的研究。本文主要介紹在雷射脫附游離質譜法的方法中,利用無機材料做為基質的研究、應用與方法的發展,內容將分為:(1)表面輔助雷射脫附游離質譜法,(2)矽晶片上的脫附游離法(Desorption/ionization on silicon, DIOS)及(3)溶膠凝膠輔助雷射脫附游離質譜法等三部分,將針對這些方法的發展及應用範圍分別進行介紹。

On the bases of the different physical and chemical properties, inorganic materials have been widely employed in various research fields. They have been successfully used in assisting the method development in laser desorption mass spectrometry (LD MS). A brief review about using inorganic materials as the matrices and inorganic material-related applications in LD MS is given in this paper. The content of this review is centered on the introduction of three inorganic material-assisted laser desorption mass spectrometric methods: (1) surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (SALDI MS), (2) desorption/ionization on silicon (DIOS), and (3) sol-gel assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry.
