穿心蓮內酯的化學分子修飾和其生物活性

摘要

穿心蓮是廣泛被用來治病的藥用植物，而穿心蓮內酯 (andrographolide) 是其主要的成分之一。穿心蓮內酯被研究出具有抗癌，治療糖尿病等的活性，探討其修飾的合成方法和研究修飾過後化合物結構與活性的關係，甚至於探討活性的作用機轉均是重要的研究方向。本文整理了數篇近年來探討穿心蓮內酯和其衍生物在抑制α-glucosidase 活性及抗癌作用的文章，值得注意的是，在將穿心蓮內酯分子中的部分官能基加以修飾後，有些衍生物具有比穿心蓮內酯更高的生物活性。

The plant, Andrographis paniculata, has been extensively used in the traditional medicines and the andrographolide is one of the important ingredients. In recent years, andrographolide had been reported possessing a wide spectrum of biological activities including antidiabetic and anticancer properties. Some of the modified andrographolide analougues can further improve the biological activities, suggesting that studies of the synthetic process and structure-activity relationship of various andrographolide analougues are important. Some mechanisms of these biological activities are herein discussed.
