摘要


樹枝狀醣體分子為近年來發展的新型醣體聚合物,此類分子可模擬生物體存在之多價性效應。樹枝狀醣體分子因具有獨特結構與特性而在生物醫學領域受到關注。此類分子因具有安全、高效能與無毒性的特性,因此在藥物輸送、受體抑制劑、抗原診斷試劑及疫苗與醫療診斷等方面有廣闊應用前景。本文將綜述樹枝狀醣體分子的合成與生物醫學應用。

Recently, many new types of glycodendrimers have been designed and synthesized as the mimics of nature carbohydrate clusters for multivalent interaction with the corresponding receptors. Due to their unique properties and special structure features, glycodendrimers have attracted many attentions in biomedical field. Many reports have demonstrated the potential application of glycodendrimers on drug transportation, receptor antagonist, vaccine, and medical diagnosis. This article will focus on the review of the synthesis of glycodendrimers and their potential applications in the last decade.
