摘要


傳統上以液相層析串聯質譜儀 (LCMSMS)、氣相層析串聯質譜儀 (GCMSMS),與感應耦合電漿質譜儀 (ICP-MS),為目前藥物及重金屬常見分析工具。既使目前法規檢驗項目已經高達數百項,但仍有許多的有毒性化學物質卻未被管控,還常在食品中被發現,這是因為各種檢測技術均有其檢驗盲點,因此如果想要進行更完整的管控,勢必需要了解各種分析技術的優點與限制。

LCMSMS, GCMSMS and ICP-MS are the traditional common analysis tools for drugs and heavy metals. Even the regulatory inspection items have been up to hundreds, but there are still many toxic chemicals has not been controlled and often found in the food. The inspection problem is because the different blind points in the different detection technologies. So if we want to control more complete, it will be necessary to understand the advantages and limitations of the various analytical techniques.
