摘要


分子影像技術可提供疾病在細胞層級與分子層級變化之研究能力,而分子影像技術之一的螢光造影技術乃是被廣泛使用的造影方式。由於一氧化氮及過氧亞硝酸根離子二者為生物體中重要的分子,且牽涉著許多生理與病理作用。藉由螢光造影技術來觀察此二分子在生物系統中細胞層次的濃度及分佈情形,將有助於更深入了解此二分子在生物體內的功能。本文將分別介紹一氧化氮與過氧亞硝酸根離子之螢光探針之設計策略,及發展情況。

Molecular imaging provides the ability to study cellular and molecular processes that have the potential to impact many facets of biomedical research. Fluorescence imaging, one technique of molecular imaging, is a technique which has been widely used. Nitric oxide and peroxynitrite are important signaling molecules in organism. They are involved in diverse physiological and pathological pathway. Monitoring and detecting the level and distribution of nitric oxide and peroxynitrite by fluorescent imaging will be helpful in the understanding of roles played by these molecules. In this review, we introduce the fluorescent probes of nitric oxide and peroxynitrite with their design strategies and development.
