First, Second and Third Generation Light-Emitting Materials of Organic Light Emitting Diodes

摘要


在本文中首先介紹有機發光二極體的歷史發展過程,接著介紹螢光與磷光之放光原理和熱活性延遲現象,並針對有機發光二極體之元件結構與發光效率進行說明。然後分別對第一代與第二代OLED發光材料進行分類與介紹,最後介紹近幾年第三代OLED發光材料的發展。

In this article, we first introduce the historical evolution of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). Then, the principle of fluorescence or phosphorescence and the phenomenon of thermally activated delayed fluorescence are described. Some illustrations of the device structure and its electroluminescence efficiency are provided. We classify and introduce the first and the second generation light-emitting materials of OLEDs. Finally, recent development of the third generation light-emitting materials of OLEDs is presented.
