摘要

本文簡介使用ferrocene非典型基團以建構藥物分子。文獻報導以及工研院藥物研發團隊的研究結果，顯示這些ferrocene衍生物具有一定的生物活性，而這些含ferrocene基團的分子尚待更多研究以賦予更多可成藥性質，如此才有機會成為準藥物分子。

This article introduces the utilizing of ferrocene as a non-classical moiety for the construction of drug molecules. The research results from ITRI’s Drug R&D Team and literatures demonstrated these ferrocene derivatives possess acceptable biological activities. However, in order to move forward these ferrocene moiety containing molecules into drug candidates, more researches have to be done to improve their druggable properties.
