國中學生心理資本對青少年次級文化認同之影響-以學校生活經驗為中介變項

The Influence of Psychological Capital on Adolescent Sub-Culture Identification for Junior High School Students--Using School Life Experience as the Mediation Variable

摘要


本研究旨在以學校生活經驗為中介變項,探討國中學生心理資本對青少年次級文化認同的影響。研究採用問卷調查研究法,使用「心理資本量表」、「學校生活經驗問卷」以及「青少年次級文化認同量表」為研究工具,以台南市、高雄市、屏東縣與澎湖縣21所學校國中學生為研究對象進行施測,共得有效問卷250份。本研究之主要結果顯示:1.透過學校生活經驗的中介作用,心理資本能促進青少年積極的次級文化認同感。亦即:學校生活適應愈佳,青少年次級文化認同感的表現愈積極;有較豐富的心理資本,則愈能適應學校生活經驗,也較能促進積極的次級文化認同感。2.國中學生心理資本、學校生活經驗與次級文化認同積極面之模式具有理想適配度。此一結果顯示國中學生心理資本、學校生活經驗與次級文化認同積極面之影響徑路關係獲得實證支持。最後提出建議如下:1.家長或教育者應正視青少年次級文化認同的內容;2.家長或教育者應化危機為轉機引導青少年次級文化資本的累積。

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of psychological capital on junior-high school students' sub-culture identification by using school life experience as the mediation variable. To collect relevant data three questionnaires or scales were used: Psychological Capital Scale, School Life Experience Questionnaire and Sub-Culture identification Scale. A sample of junior-high school students from 21 schools in Tainan City, Kaoh-iung City, Pin-tung County, and Pen-hu County served as subjects. A total of 250 valid completed questionnaires were collected. The main findings in this study are listed below: 1. In addition to the significant direct effect of student's psychological capital on sub-culture identification, school life experience also positively mediates the effects of psychological capital on adolescent sub-culture identification. 2. The proposed SEM model of the causal relationship between psychological capital, school life experience and positive sub-culture identification closely fits the observed data for the junior-high school students observed. Finally, suggestions are as follows: 1. parents or educators should pay attention to the contents of the adolescent subculture identification; 2. parents or educators should turn the crisis into an opportunity to guide adolescents to accumulate subculture capital.
