單車騎士深度休閒、遊憩專門化及休閒效益之關係研究

A Study on the Relationships among Serious Leisure, Recreation Specialization, and Leisure Benefits for Cyclists

摘要

本研究旨在探討深度休閒、遊憩專門化及休閒效益之間的影響關係。以臺南市自行車道之單車騎士為研究對象，採用問卷調查法，透過便利抽樣蒐集資料，計回收有效問卷446份。使用描述性統計與SEM結構方程模式進行統計分析。研究結果：整體模型適配度良好，各變項間存在著正向影響關係：一、深度休閒對遊憩專門化與休閒效益有顯著的正向影響關係；二、遊憩專門化對休閒效益有顯著的正向影響關係。根據結果提出結論：臺南市單車騎士從事單車活動後，對單車活動產生興趣，逐漸深入且專精於單車運動，並達到單車活動所帶來的休閒效益。本文亦提出若干管理意涵與未來研究方向之建議。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among serious leisure, recreation specialization and leisure benefits for cyclists using Tainan's bikeways. The study used a questionnaire-based survey, drawing from a convenience sample of cyclists using bikeways in Tainan. A total of 446 valid questionnaires were collected. Descriptive statistics were compiled and structural equation modeling (SEM) employed for statistical analysis. The results showed a good fit for an overall model, with significant correlations being found among the variables, as follows: (1) Serious leisure had a significantly direct and positive influence on both recreation specialization and leisure benefits. (2) Recreation specialization had a significantly direct and positive influence on leisure benefits. According to these findings, it was concluded that after engaging in cycling activities, cyclists using Tainan's bikeways had more interest in cycling activities, gradually developed a deeper and more specialized interest cycling, and obtained the recreational benefits available from cycling. Based on the results, suggestions for future study and implications for managerial practice are provided.
