企業識別系統融入自傳課程培養就業力之研究

A Research on Developing Employability with Autobiography Courses by Incorporating Corporate Identity System

摘要


本研究旨在探討企業識別系統(CIS)融入自傳課程對於高職工程科系二年級學生就業力提升之影響。採準實驗研究法及行動研究,分實驗組與對照組進行10週實驗教學。自編就業力量表,包含(1)一般能力、(2)專業知能、(3)專業態度與(4)職涯規畫四構面,共11項指標能力。兩組學生教學前、後以就業力量表施測,採共變數分析與相依樣本t檢定進行分析,並蒐集學生學習歷程記錄、回饋與學生作品,佐以量化資料。本研究結論有,(1)CIS融入自傳課程,實驗組學生就業力後測評分顯著高於前測評分,且(2)實驗組學生在整體就業力得分顯著高於對照組學生。(3)CIS可有效融入自傳課程教學提升高職學生整體就業力。此外,依照研究結果建構CIS融入自傳課程教學模式,並提供若干建議,做為提升高職畢業生就業力之參考。

This study aimed to discuss the effect on the employment ability of vocational college students from Engineering Department in Grade 2 when Corporate Identity System (CIS) was integrated into autobiography teaching. By adopting the experimental approach and action research, students were divided into the experimental group and the control group to carry out the experiment teaching for 10 weeks, and the scale for employment ability was self-made, including 4 dimensions of (1) general ability, (2) professional knowledge and skills, (3) professional attitude and (4) career planning, and totally 11 items of ability indicators. The two groups of students were tested according to the scale for employment ability before and after the teaching, and covariance analysis and dependent sample t-test were used for analysis. and As well as the quantitative data, the record of students' learning course, feedback, students' works, as well as the quantitative data were also collected. The conclusions of this study were (1) when CIS was integrated into autobiography teaching, the post-test score of students' employment ability in the experimental group was significantly higher than the score in the pre-test, and (2) the score of students' overall employment ability in experimental group was significantly higher than that of students in control group; (3) CIS can be effectively integrated into the teaching of autobiography course to improve vocational college students' overall employment ability. Moreover, based on the research results, the teaching model of integrating CIS into autobiography courses was constructed, and several suggestions were provided as the reference to improve vocational college graduates' employment ability.
