本研究之目的為探討路跑參與者之休閒動機與休閒效益,並以南部路跑活動為研究範圍,採用問卷調查法搜集資料,以便利抽樣的方式進行問卷發放與調查,正式施測問卷發放350 份,有效問卷為269 份,回收率77%。研究結果發現,南部路跑參與者以男性跑者居多,年齡主要分布在21-40 歲,居住地以南部為主;休閒動機以「參與路跑可以向自我能力挑戰」項目平均得分最高;休閒效益以「可以培養自我能力挑戰感」項目平均得分最高,由此可見,自我能力挑戰是路跑參與者所重視的休閒動機及休閒效益。在差異分析方面,有無慢跑習慣對休閒動機與休閒效益有顯著差異存在,在相關分析方面,休閒動機與休閒效益之各子構面之間擁有中高度之正相關,進一步探討休閒動機對休閒效益的影響發現,路跑參與者的「自我展現」與「社會支持」,能夠解釋「休閒效益」59.7%的變異量,其中以自我展現之影響程度最高。最後,依據研究結果提出實務及後續研究建議。
The purpose of this research is to investigate the Leisure Motivation and Leisure Benefits among participants of road running races. Data were collected from questionnaire survey via convenience sampling. Of 350 questionnaires distributed, 269 valid ones were received, with a response rate of 77%. The result shows that most of the participants are male runners at ages 21~40. "Self-Challenge" is the most valued item in leisure motivation while "Participating in running events can challenge oneself" has the highest score in leisure benefits. Significant differences were also revealed from jogging habits on leisure motivation and leisure benefits. The results of correlation analysis show that there were significant relationships between leisure motivation and leisure benefits. Self-expression and social support can explain 59.7% variance of leisure benefits. Managerial implications and research recommendations were also suggested.
