技專校院創業教育與學生創業能力之關聯性探究

Exploring the Relationship between Entrepreneurship Education and Student's Entrepreneurial Abilities in Technological Colleges/ Universities

摘要


近來創業已成為世界各國的熱門潮流議題,並成為許多人努力追求的目標,創業對於國家的經濟成長更是不容小覷。年輕世代是最具活力、創新、創業潛能的群體,因此,培育學生具備創業能力,也愈來愈受到學校教育的重視,多數的技專校院也積極推動與落實創業教育,更將其視為不可或缺的關鍵因素。為此,本文透過文獻探討,分析創業所必須具備的能力,以及探討創業教育對創業能力之助益與重要性,歸納出創業教育的效益。藉由例舉介紹國內外若干較具特色的技專校院,說明其實施創業教育的現況。最後,分析不同創業教育的教學方法,及應用實務培育之產學合作的校外實習成果於創業教育,將創業教育與創新創業能力做密切相呼應,提出若干建議。希冀該建議能作為我國政府與大專院校在創新創業教育的政策擬定或教育實施的參考。

Entrepreneurship has recently become a popular trend topic of the world, as well the goal for many people to strive for. It should not be underestimated for a country's economic growth. The young generation is a group filled with the greatest potential in energy, innovation and entrepreneurship. Training students' entrepreneurship abilities is therefore getting more and more attention, of which the development and implementation of entrepreneurship education are the key factors. This paper, through literatures review, analyses the abilities to be required for entrepreneurship, explores the importance and helpfulness of entrepreneurship education for entrepreneurship, sums up extensive benefits of entrepreneurship education, and introduces some of the more distinctive schools on the status of its implementation of entrepreneurship education, and finally, recommends different teaching methods to achieve entrepreneurial capabilities, and applies the off-campus internship achievements to entrepreneurship education to connect entrepreneurship education with innovation and entrepreneurship closely. The article is thus written in the hope of providing references to our government and universities in the field of innovation & entrepreneurship education policy.
