高等教育商管科系同學問題解決能力之研究：問題本位學習之影響

摘要

隨著21世紀的快速變遷，解決問題能力的重要性日增，如何強化大學生之問題解決能力成為高等教育重要的教育議題。過去研究發現問題本位學習有助學生提升解決問題的能力，但其效果因學科與學習階段而有不同。因此本研究欲探討問題本位學習是否能提升商管領域大學生的問題解決能力。本研究以商管領域同學為研究對象，研究樣本為修習研究者所開設的國際零售管理課程之同學，以質化研究法進行分析，並採用多種資料蒐集方式，包括訪談、觀察法、文件分析與問卷等，以提升本研究資料之信度。研究結果發現問題本位學習有助於提升同學的問題解決能力，本研究驗證問題本位學習對商管科系大學生的正面效果，有助於提升商管領域教師採用問題本位學習的可能性，並進而提升國內商管科系同學的問題解決能力。

With the rapid change in the 21th century, the importance of problem solving ability has increased. How to improve student's problem-solving ability becomes one significant educational issue in universities. Past research found that problem-based learning (PBL) effects on students' problem-solving ability were moderated by students' majors and grades. This study thus wants to explore the relationship between problem-based learning and business students' problem-solving ability. The study takes business students enrolling in the course ＂international retailing management＂ as the study sample. A qualitative study was used, and we gathered data by interviews, observation, document analysis and questionnaires to improve the reliability and validity of the study. The results find that problem-based learning helps to improve students' problem-solving ability. The study provides evidence of positive impacts of problem-based learning on business students and increases the possibility that business teachers implement PBL in their courses and thus increases the business majors' problem-solving ability.
