屏東性別研究－以客家女性為例

摘要
本文皆在以文獻考察、田野調查與比較研究法探討「屏東性別研究－以客家女性為例」，彰顯屏東性別文化的客家女性價值，讓客家女性文化得以受重視。多元文化價值受到世界各國的重視，文化研究已成為全球化趨勢。在注重多元文化的後現代社會，性別研究也就成為人文與社會科學的重要領域。客家女性的天足、勞動強度與對家庭的重要性，就成為客家族群的特色，所以屏東性別研究不可忽視客家女性的經驗與觀點。本研究就性別與民俗加以敘述，屏東客家人現今盛行的風俗習慣展現傳統根深蒂固的性別價值觀，特別是出生、婚喪、清明等禮俗，探討出生、婚喪、清明等禮俗所蘊含的性別不平等意識，如何透過民俗儀式活動展現主流性別價值意識。結論提出教師們在進行性別平等教育時，很難得到學生家庭的配合，學校如何與社區互動，進而轉化社區的性別迷失，是中央層級必須協助的課題，建立兩性良性的互動而改善社會善良的風氣，現代客家女性在時代的潮流中從末缺席過；期望屏東的客家女性要扮演好自己的角色，走出弱勢的族群，開創客家女性的一片天。建議提出：1.公私機關經常補助客家婦女團體。2.各界表揚各行各業有傑出表現的客家婦女。3.拓展客家女性的生活空間，提升自我文化素養。4.政府要落實性別平權的政策。5.讓客家女性有機會參加國內外學術研究以及往工商業界發展。6.應於每個層面設定女性保障名額。7.申訴管道多元化之建立。

The conclusion proposed the teachers when carry on the sex equality education, very difficult to obtain the student family coordination, school how with community interaction, then the transformed community's sex loses, is topic which the central level must assist. Establishment amphoteric benign interaction improve society good atmosphere. The modem Hakka female has never absented in the time tidal current. Expected that Pingtung County's Hakka female s must play their role, goes out the weak trend the tribal grouping tribal group The suggestion proposed:(1)The public and private institution subsidizes Hakka sisters hip frequently.(2)The praise various trades and occupations from all walks of life have the outstanding performance Hakka woman. (3)Develops the Hakka feminine life space, promotes the self-cultural accomplishment. (4)The government must carry out the sex equaI rights the poliey. (5)Let the Hakka female have the opponunity to participate in the domestic and foreign scholarly research as well as toward the business circles development.(6)Should establi sh the female in each stratification plane to safeguard the quota of people. (7)Appeals to establishment of the pipeline multipl ication.
