知情同意透過提供充分且足夠的資訊,協助當事人或客戶做出最適當決定。然而由於許多的不確定性與功利主義觀點的影響,實務上執行知情同意過程中常帶來倫理考量上的困境(McLeod, 2009)。基於此,本研究以諮商服務知情同意內容為例欲探究:一、在聆聽知情同意內容時,民眾關注之焦點為何?二、知情同意之實施是否影響民眾使用諮商服務的意願?其影響因素為何?本研究採立意取樣方式,以123 位民眾為對象,使用知情同意錄音檔(/稿)及半結構訪談大綱為研究工具,以一對一方式播放知情同意錄音檔後再訪談受訪者。本研究將訪談資料進行編碼歸類,並以無母數檢定法進行背景變項差異檢定。本研究發現10 項受訪者關注之知情同意內容,其中保密原則與付費規定被提到比率高達71%。聽完錄音檔後,本研究受訪者未來「會」或「不會」使用諮商服務的人數約各佔一半:大學生組、收入3 萬元以下受訪者未來會使用諮商服務的比率較高,主要影響因素為考量諮商的專業性及視諮商為求助管道;22 至45 歲組、收入3 萬元以上受訪者未來不會使用諮商服務的比率較高,主要影響因素為錄音檔因素與諮商收費。本研究最後就研究發現進行討論,並提出「說明諮商服務中隱含之風險為知情同意中不可缺少之項目」觀點。最後本研究提出實務與研究上之建議。
This study was to explore: (1) what the interviewees remembered after they listened to the recording file of informed consent; (2) whether the interviewees would receive counseling in the future after listening to the recording file, and what were the factors influencing their decisions. Semi-structured interview guide was used to interview 123 participants after they listened to the recording file of informed consent. The records of interviews were coded and analyzed. Chi-square test was used for testing the differences of background variables on findings. The findings of this study were: (1) the interviewees remembered 10 items of informed consent; (2) about 50%of the interviewees would receive counseling in the future after listening to the recording file, and the others would not; 11 factors influenced the interviewees' decisions. Discussions and suggestions were provided.
