In this study, preschool children utilized tablet for diary drawing. Whether using tablet drawing was beneficial to children's life event memory and drawing performances was investigated. The life event themes, drawing contents, and children's learning attitudes were also analyzed. Purposeful sampling was used. Twelve children utilized tablets for diary drawing at school twice a week for ten weeks. Each child drew with one tablet. Quantitative analyses of children's memory and drawing performances were implemented. Children's drawing contents and interviews were also analyzed. The results showed that utilizing tablet drawing can enhance children's learning motivation, drawing ability, and memory. Most diary drawings were positive family events.
