全球視野、在地理解：臺灣偏鄉教育的難題與未來

摘要

本文試圖從全球化下的城鄉差距問題，闡述臺灣偏鄉教育目前的難題以及其可能可以採行的改善之道。首先，研究者從全球化的趨勢分析偏鄉教育中的弱勢學生可能出現的雙重弱勢現象，以及政府與民間資源挹注的有限性。其次，進一步地回顧近年來政府致力推動改善偏鄉教育的相關實施方案，以及可能潛在的限制。最後，再從個人曾經參與偏鄉地方教育輔導的實務經驗以及德國推動教育正義的策略模式等，提出未來推動偏鄉教育時可待商榷地進一步改善模式，以期為臺灣社會培育更多具有競爭力的社會公民。
