This study examined the factors and relationships about attitudes toward using of parenting educare information via Internet for parents with young children by questionnaire survey. The questionnaire consisted of five factors, including ease of use, usefulness, liking, attitudes toward using, and satisfactions. The researcher employed structural equation modeling to test the measurement model and structural model from the sample data. The results showed that parents focused the ease of use about Internet-related technology. They acknowledged the practical applied values about parenting educare information via Internet, and liked and preferred to search Internet information and interacting Internet community. They also presented positive intentions about attitudes toward using Internet and satisfactions. The researcher discussed the results and conducted implications derived from this study.
