This paper aims to explore gene technology and possible challenges and solutions for the humanistic education of medicine. Through philosophical literature analysis and theoretical interpretation, this paper first explores the potential challenges of gene technology present to the humanistic education of medicine. Secondly, based on Lao Tzu’s idea of "Dao", we explore solutions to these challenges, so that the humanistic education of medicine can plow deep in schools and further create medical education filled with a humanistic atmosphere.
