運用通訊軟體之溝通效能影響工作績效之研究
Research on Communication Effectiveness of Communication Software Influence Job Performance
摘要
由於行動裝置的普及化，突破了空間的限制，有了行動裝置後再搭配網路的使用，使用者可以透過通訊軟體在任何地方即時傳遞訊息，因此在商業界越來越依賴通訊軟體做為溝通管道，運用功能性相當豐富的通訊軟體作為溝通管道，不僅可以解決許多商業問題，更能幫助企業的經營提升工作績效。因此，本研究認為企業內部人員對於使用通訊軟體作為溝通的使用行為越高越能善用通訊軟體資訊多樣化傳送功能，當然對於資訊的傳遞結果感到滿意，進而提高工作績效，相對的，企業內部人員彼此間溝通效能倘若能做到準確及順利傳送溝通訊息，自然大眾對於溝通結果會產生滿意，最終使得工作績效提升，所以本研究假設公司企業內部運用通訊軟體作為溝通管道能協助員工促進工作績效，而企業也能達成其企業目標。根據研究結果顯示溝通滿意度對使用行為與工作績效的關係有部分中介影響；溝通滿意度對溝通效能與工作績效的關係則有完全中介影響。而在薪資及性別對使用行為、溝通滿意度、溝通效能與工作績效有顯著影響。企業內部人員對於使用LINE作為溝通的意願性越高越能善用LINE資訊多樣化傳送功能，當然對於資訊的傳遞結果感到滿意，進而提高工作績效，相對的，公司企業內部人員彼此間溝通效能倘若能做到準確及順利傳送溝通訊息，自然大眾對於溝通結果會產生滿意，最終使得工作績效提升，所以本研究認為公司企業內部運用LINE作為溝通管道能協助員工促進工作績效，而公司企業也能達成企業目標增加獲利。

Consumer electronics get boom rapidly also broke the space limitation stems since the popularity of the Internet. Consumer electronic users sent messages or share information by communication software that leads to business man depand on communication software to be main communication channel for convenient and speed. Because various function of communication software solves many business problems and rise up job performance. Thus this work supposes staff have willing of using communication software to be communication channel means they agree various function of communication software would make information delivery more smoothly. When the communication is smoothly in a company result in using behaviors shall affect job performance. Stuff has great communication efficiency and share information without a hitch that brings out stuff gains high level of communication satisfaction and obtains job performance finally. To sum up this work assumes the company use communication software to be communication channel not only promote job performance but also achieve business goal. According to the outcome the relationship between using behaviors and job performance is partially mediated by communication satisfaction. The relationship between communication efficiency and job performance is completely mediated by communication satisfaction. At last salary and gender have significant effect to using behaviors, communication efficiency, communication satisfaction and job performance. Therefore stuffs have high willing to use LINE to be communication tool means they agree the variety delivery function of LINE that leads stuffs satisfied with delivery and make job performance raise up. When stuffs send information to each other surly that world get well communication satisfaction and job performance definitely. So this work think about business use LINE to be communication tool could help worker get outstanding job performance and the company achieves to goal and increase profit opportunities.
