When conducting educational supervision in primary schools, the principal and the director are the main executors, who have the clearest idea and the most profound feeling about the process. This study takes four representatives as examples, who are primary school principals and directors, to deeply discuss on the actual implementation process and their feelings about education supervision and make a conclusion. The results show that the main administrative staff under supervision pay the most attention to get the consistency of authority and responsibility, as well as the effect of teacher empowerment. Furthermore, they expect to reduce paper reports and move towards full digitization.
