摘要

本研究之目的為了解慢性病病人對長期照護的選擇方式及其影響因素。本研究採立意取樣，對象為中部某區域醫院符合收案標準的病人，共102人。收集其醫療利用、健康狀況及每日活動度的情形。再將資料以SASIPC進行分析，得結果為：一、院內慢性病病人在長期照護的選擇上多數(62.7%)會選擇居家護理的型態，僅有37.3%的人會選擇機構性照護。二、在傾向因素、能力因素與需要因素三方面對居家護理或機構性的照護的選擇並無明顯差異。

This paper is to study how and why chronic patients choose the long-term care patterns. One hundred and two subjects with chronic disease are recuited from a regional hospital in Taichung. Their uses of medical treatment, health status, and ADL were collected and analyzed by the software of SASIPC. The results of this study show: (1)most ofchronic patients (62.7%) choose the pattern of home care, whereas 37.3 % choose the pattern of institutional care instead. (2) There are no difference in choosing home care or instutional care in predisposing factors, enabling factors, and demand factors.
