本研究旨在輔導醫療保健服務業所屬的醫療院所建立合乎法令且可行的勞工安全衛生管理制度。研究對象為台中市某醫院,研究工具採用行政院勞工委員會推行的自護制度為藍本,共分為十項的安全衛生管理計畫,內容包括預防措施:組織管理、自動檢查、健康管理、教育訓練、危害控制、安全作業規章、安全衛生宣導與激勵;保護措施:個人防護真;應變處理措施:緊急應變及事故調查與處理,採稽核問卷方式,發現若干缺失,亦可作為其他醫療院所改進的參考。
The purpose of the research is to assist and guide the hospitals of medical care system to establish the lawful and feasible industrial safety and health management program. The subject of the research is one hospital in Taichung City. The tool of the research is the Voluntary Industrial Safety and Health Management Program (VISHMP) of Council of Labor Affairs' Executive Yuan. The VISHMP divides into ten parts. The content of the VISHMP contains prevention step: organization management, self-inspection, health management, education & training, hazard control, safety operation regulations, safety & health announcement and encouragement; protection step: personal protection device; emergency step: emergency measure, accident treatment & investigation. The research is to use a questionnaire to find the defects of the hospital. Other hospitals can improve their industrial safety and health management program from the defects.
